The terms you agree to by using our Services
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal contract between you (or the entity you represent) and Web Digital Mantra IT Services Private Limited ("WDM", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India (Bengaluru, Karnataka; GST 29AAIFW4289G1ZH). By creating an account, signing an order form, or using any of our Services — OrbitoCRM, OrbitoMeet, the OrbitoCRM mobile apps, our marketing website or any related product — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who may use the Services
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company and the word "you" means that company.
- You must give accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for every action taken by anyone using your account credentials — keep them safe.
2. The Service
- OrbitoCRM is a paid Software-as-a-Service CRM, HRMS and sales platform, delivered over the internet from our Indian infrastructure.
- OrbitoMeet (meet.orbitocrm.in) is a free, public video-meeting service. No account is required to join or create a public meeting room.
- We may add, change or remove features. Material changes that reduce functionality will be announced at least 30 days in advance to account owners.
3. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not permit any user to:
- Use the Services for anything illegal, fraudulent, harmful or that violates a third party's rights (including intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights).
- Upload malware, run security scans, attempt to break authentication, or probe for vulnerabilities without a written agreement from us.
- Scrape, mirror, resell, white-label or re-expose the Services without a written agreement from us.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, phishing, deceptive marketing, or anything that would violate the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations.
- Record, transcribe or re-stream another participant's meeting without their consent.
- Use the Services to transmit content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or that depicts a child in a sexual way — zero tolerance.
We may suspend any account or meeting room that breaches this clause while we investigate, and terminate it if the breach is proven. For OrbitoMeet, we may close a public room in real time if we receive credible abuse evidence.
4. Subscription, billing and taxes
- OrbitoCRM is billed on monthly or yearly cycles depending on the plan you pick. Fees are prepaid and non-cancellable mid-cycle, subject to our Refund Policy.
- Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, your subscription renews automatically for the same plan and term at the then-current list price.
- All prices are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, which are added at the rate in force on the invoice date.
- Overdue invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) from the due date, and we may suspend access after seven days' written notice.
- You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for every invoice.
5. Free trial and OrbitoMeet free tier
If your plan includes a free trial, we convert it to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel. OrbitoMeet is free to use subject to these Terms; features and participant limits may change with notice.
6. Your data
- Everything you upload, create or configure inside the Services is your data. You retain all rights to it.
- You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, back up, display and transmit your data only to the extent needed to run the Services for you and to meet our legal obligations.
- We handle your personal data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for having the right to put your clients', employees' and contacts' data into the Service and for issuing the privacy notices they are owed.
- On cancellation, we keep your data for 90 days so you can export it, then delete it permanently, unless a legal hold applies.
7. Our intellectual property
We own the software, source code, UI, documentation, trademarks and all content we publish on the marketing site. Using the Service does not transfer any of these rights to you except the limited right to use the Service as these Terms allow. You will not remove, obscure or alter our proprietary notices.
8. Confidentiality
Each of us may receive the other's non-public information under these Terms. The recipient will use it only to perform under these Terms and will protect it with at least reasonable care. These obligations last for the term and for three years after.

- Nothing in these Terms limits either party's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or the data you upload. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control the defence.

- You may cancel your subscription from the account settings at any time; it ends at the close of the current paid period.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment after seven days' notice, or if required by law.
- Clauses 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 survive termination.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will first be referred to confidential arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed jointly, seated in Bengaluru, in English. Nothing stops either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court. Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction.
